Fully Remote Part Time Financial Accountant

Backed by Private Equity, and we're looking for a motivated and ambitious Accountant to join our dynamic team. Private equity backed, they are on a genuine buy and build strategy, having completed 5 acquisitions already this year and about to complete on a few more across Europe. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks for group entities across the UK, including but not limited to: Balance sheet reconciliation Accounts payable and accounts receivable Fixed asset register maintenance VAT reconciliation Bank reconciliation across all group bank accounts Financial analysis Support the preparation, submission and review of group payroll across all entities Assist in preparing internal and external financial reports in compliance with both UK GAAP and IFRS standards. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency across multiple completed acquisitions and future targets. Manage third-party vendors to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. Provide documentation and support for external audits.
