For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking an experienced and passionate People Manager. As a trusted partner to the General Manager and leadership team, you will build our opening team from the very first hire and shape a culture where every colleague feels welcomed, valued and inspired – because the warmth our guests experience begins with how we care for one another.

• Lead all People & Culture activities throughout the opening phase – including manning guide, organizational structure, recruitment timeline and People budgets – in close partnership with the General Manager and Regional People team.
