Location: Craigavon Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour (paid breaks) Shift Pattern: Continental pattern - 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am (rotating) Hours: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next Why You'll Love This Role £15.31 per hour with paid breaks Permanent position after 6-month probation Overtime opportunities available Work with a long-established local manufacturer Modern production facility with supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Operate production line machinery and equipment Perform quality checks and record production data Keep machines and work areas clean and organised Move goods and materials using hand-held pallet trucks Communicate promptly with the Shift Leader on any issues Follow all site health and safety and hygiene standards What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred) Ability to work continental shifts (days and nights) Good standard of English, numeracy, and literacy Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team Skills: line operator shift worker manufacturing
