The successful candidate will: Lead and develop the Maths curriculum across the school Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to secondary students Support teaching and learning across the department with 2 direct reports Help drive positive student outcomes and engagement Work closely with senior leaders to further develop the Maths provision Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thriveThe school is particularly interested in hearing from strong classroom practitioners with leadership potential, even if you have not yet held a formal Head of Department position.
