We're recruiting for a busy and well-established dealership seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their service team. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing service bookings, providing vehicle updates, obtaining repair authorisations, and helping maximise workshop efficiency. 🔧 What We're Looking For: * Previous Service Advisor experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Excellent organisation and administration abilities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * HGV, commercial vehicle, truck, van or automotive experience preferred 🎁 What's On Offer: * £29,000 - £32,000 basic salary * Bonus scheme worth up to £3,000 per year * Ongoing manufacturer training and career progression * 30 days holiday including bank holidays * Pension scheme and additional employee benefits * Stable, long-term career opportunity 📩 Interested?
