Service Administrator at Vertu Kia Edinburgh

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join the team. The basic salary is £30,900 plus fantastic company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service work on the vehicle meets brand requirements;
• Submission of all invoiced jobs;
• Contact customers to address queries;
• Assist the accounts department with service payments;
• Maintain professional relationships with dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues;
• Assist in the effective administration of the Service Department and update estimated costs of repairs by following the vehicle health check process;
• Prepare all jobs for invoicing, process warranty claims and assist service advisors with administration duties as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has experience in administration and data management, excellent organisational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial as well as experience using Kerridge.
