What’s in it for you? * Competitive pay of £12.80 per hour (£512 per week based on 40 hours) * Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm with potential flexibility based on business needs * Ongoing contract with strong career progression opportunities * Friendly, supportive team environment * Access to training and development to enhance your skills Your key responsibilities will include: * Efficiently dispatching drivers with correct paperwork and debriefing on return * Updating and maintaining the Transport Management System (TMS) in real-time * Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, sub-contractors and customers to resolve queries * Ensuring compliance with driver hours (WTD) and health and safety regulations * Managing delivery notes, proof of deliveries (PODs) and manifest tracking accurately About you: * Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with TMS * Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail * Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills * A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team Contact Aligra now to secure your place in this fantastic night driving opportunity.
