Female Support Worker – Halifax

£15 per hour + holiday pay + pension
2–3 days per week | Flexible hours to be confirmed

We have an exciting opportunity to join our VP team as a Support Worker, supporting a young woman in her early 20s who is four years post-traumatic head injury.

Our client is physically able and highly motivated, but benefits from support with managing fatigue, planning activities, attending appointments and working towards her rehabilitation goals. She enjoys being active and loves getting out into the community — particularly going to the gym.

She is looking for someone who is positive, encouraging, proactive and able to suggest activities and provide gentle motivation to help her get started with tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, encouraging independence and supporting a young person to make the most of their interests and rehabilitation journey.
