Senior Project Manager - Rail Infrastructure Tamworth | £85,000–£95,000 per annum, depending on experience + company car or car allowance Lead a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects and develop the teams responsible for delivering them. We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an established infrastructure contractor. This role combines programme delivery, client management and commercial responsibility across multiple projects. The role • Lead Project Managers and Construction Managers across a programme of works. • Maintain accountability for safe delivery, quality and commercial performance. • Build client relationships and understand upcoming project requirements. • Plan resources and identify future delivery capacity. • Manage risks and contribute to tendering and future work opportunities. About you You will have a strong record of delivering rail projects in safety-critical environments, including responsibility for multiple projects or disciplines. Commercial awareness, client management experience and the ability to develop capable teams are central to the role. Previous CRE or CEM experience would be advantageous. The package includes £85,000–£95,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a company car or car allowance. Applicants must currently be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
