Job Title: Banking & Finance Lawyer Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, from day‑to‑day lending arrangements to complex financing transactions Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documents across areas such as secured lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance Support borrowers, lenders, and investors on financing transactions, including debt, project, and asset finance Advise on regulatory requirements and risk considerations within financial transactions Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering practical, solutions-focused support Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services At Mezzle, our consultancy model works on an initial 70/30 split, allowing you to retain 70%, rising to 80% once the threshold is exceeded, while also benefiting from the expertise of our firm, including the infrastructure, compliance support, and resources of an established law firm.
