About the role
The Compleat Food Group is looking for a Training Coordinator in Ebbw Vale to lead inductions, maintain training records and support digital learning systems while helping colleagues build essential skills for compliance and operational excellence.
You will deliver Food Safety Level 2 and onboarding training, track progress, identify needs with managers, and collaborate with site teams using CompleatLearning and Redzone to resolve system queries. Monday–Friday pattern, salary £30,000–£35,000.
