About the role

Starling Bank is seeking a senior employment lawyer to support the business on contentious and non-contentious matters. The role reports to the Group Head of Employment Legal and may involve commuting to multiple offices. You will oversee an employment lawyer and influence across the Starling Group.

You will handle regulatory issues in financial services, manage employee lifecycle matters, and work with external counsel on specialist employment matters. In-house FS experience preferred.
