M&E Site Manager

SITE MANAGER - M&E Location: South Oxfordshire / UK South Salary: £55,000 DOE THE OPPORTUNITY CPXR is recruiting for a Site Manager / Small Works Manager to join an established and growing contractor delivering M&E and construction projects across the South. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience across Healthcare, Defence, Education, Commercial or Public Sector projects, particularly within live or occupied environments. The role offers a varied project portfolio, career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile schemes across multiple sectors. THE ROLE • Take responsibility for day-to-day site management and delivery • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics • Manage health & safety, RAMS and site compliance • Monitor programme, quality and project progress • Oversee M&E works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and pipework • Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams • Support with variations, progress tracking and commercial awareness THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • Experienced Site Manager / M&E Site Manager / Small Works Manager • Background in M&E, building services or construction • Experience across Healthcare, Defence, Education, Commercial or Public Sector projects • Comfortable working on live and operational sites • SMSTS and UKATA Asbestos Awareness – essential • Full UK Driving Licence – essential • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills SALARY & BENEFITS • £55,000 DOE • Company vehicle/allowance and expenses • Pension & private medical options • Training, CPD and career progression • High-profile projects across multiple sectors APPLY If you are interested in this M&E Site Manager Manager opportunity in South Oxfordshire, apply today or contact Lilly at CPXR Recruitment for a confidential conversation.
