Were looking for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchenat Bordelaise a busy, quality-driven restaurant focused on great food,strong standards, and a positive kitchen culture.
This is an opportunity for a chef who thrives on developing people,driving performance, and creating menus that keep guests coming back.

Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for training and mentoring junior chefs
Excellent stock control and GP management
Experience delivering financial targets and kitchen KPIs
Creative input into menu development and seasonal specials
Ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced service
The role
As Head Chef, youll take full ownership of the kitchen operation,including:
Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team
Managing stock, ordering, wastage, and supplier relationships
Driving GP and achieving agreed financial targets
Developing fresh, commercially successful menus
Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
Working closely with management to grow the business
Whats on offer
£45,000£50,000 salary depending on experience
