About the role

  • We7re looking for someone to lead and work as part of a design team supporting a core product area within Experience Design They will give guidance to partners, development teams and other Interaction Designers, working alongside and leading a design team
  • They will take full ownership of their output, providing rationale for design decisions and confidently present their work back to internal customers
  • Shape and implement experience strategy for the product area
  • Having a deep understanding of customer needs, problems and expectations
  • Understand goals and challenges in the context of business and engineering priorities
  • Work with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy
  • Engage with leadership to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes
  • Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture
  • Establish a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members
