Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Burton on trent Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour Shift Patterns: Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-16:30 (1‑hour unpaid lunch) **Driving licence required** Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team based in their burton branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable communicating with both businesses and end customers. This role is Temporary to Permanent Key Responsibilities Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and generic email inbox. Providing excellent business-to-business and end‑customer support. Managing orders and queries through an online marketplace portal. Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team. Ensuring accurate information is provided and issues are resolved efficiently. Driving between sites - mileage is covered 45p per mile. What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (office-based preferred). Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Ability to work well in a small team environment. Confident using online systems and portals. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Burton-on-Trent.
