It is ideal for a person who wants to be office based with client visits. Requirements * Ductwork AutoCAD experience is essential * Site surveys and measuring on-site * Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams * Project management responsibilities throughout delivery * Project & Contract Management (NEC & Traditional) * Cost Planning, Take-Offs, Value Engineering & Margin Control * Programme Management& Resource Planning * Commercial Awareness: P&L, Variations, Final Accounts
