Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
Assist in processing orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and follow up on customer accounts, ensuring any outstanding issues are addressed.
Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service targets.Profile
A successful Customer Service Executive should have:
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Job Offer
