Handyperson Location: London Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Handyperson to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work within a supportive and professional environment. Full training will be provided. A valid UK driving licence is essential. The company specialises in the installation, maintenance, and reactive repairs of washrooms across a variety of corporate sites. Basic plumbing or drainage experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and fuel card will be supplied. The role requires flexibility, including out-of-hours and weekend work, which will be discussed during the interview stage. Work will be primarily based within the London area. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial properties. Safely operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues promptly. Travel to various job sites while adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a valid driving licence. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects, including assisting with carpentry and assembly tasks when required. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials utilised.
