Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team. Salary and Benefits: * A salary of £DOE per annum * 20 days + bank holidays * Prestigious local brand * Working 5 days per week, across Monday – Saturday * Learning and development opportunities * Company pension scheme Duties and Responsibilities as a Retail Supervisor: * Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency * Show an ability to plan & prioritise workloads & delegate accordingly * Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development * Knowing company history, vision, mission & values * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge * Continuously assisting in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines * Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database * Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers * Continuously working with the “company way” of selling to optimize yours and the teams’ personal sales performance * Guarantee a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints * Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties * Attend meetings when company representation is required and conduct behaviour appropriately * Attend learning & development workshops to develop relevant brand knowledge and skills * Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld * Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team Minimum Skills and Experience as a Retail Supervisor: * Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using a till system * An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company * A positive and inspiring personality * Ambitious * Excellent communication skills * Honesty and Integrity This Retail Supervisor job in Dorchester would suit candidates who are from a luxury customer service background, have superb communication skills and be engaging team player
