We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ealing. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have valuable transferable experience working with children and young people, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students, helping them engage confidently with their learning.
Support teachers with planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons.
Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
Encourage and motivate students to participate, develop their skills and achieve their potential.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
Has at least 6 months' experience working with children.
Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.
Is passionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
