Project Manager 📍 Bristol 💰 Competitive Salary + Excellent Package + Bonus 🏗️ Tier 1 Main Contractor 📅 Start Date: August 2025 Buildforce Solutions are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a major new-build student accommodation development in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected contractors and take the lead on a flagship scheme valued at approximately £40 million. The Project The development comprises a large-scale, purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Bristol, delivering high-quality residential accommodation and associated communal facilities. The project is currently moving through pre-construction and is scheduled to start on site in August 2026, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved from the outset and drive the project through to successful completion. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives are achieved.
