Salary: £28,080–£37,440 per annum
Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Support and guide colleagues in their day-to-day duties.
Promote independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.
Assist with implementing and reviewing individual support plans.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
Support team leaders and management in maintaining high standards.
Act as a positive role model for colleagues.What We're Looking For
Previous experience within health or social care.
Experience as a Senior Support Worker or demonstrable leadership potential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
A compassionate, proactive and professional approach.
Relevant care qualifications are desirable.Salary & Benefit

£28,080–£37,440 per annum, depending on contracted hours.
Permanent PAYE contract.
