Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Temporary Works Design Engineer to join a leading specialist engineering business, delivering innovative structural and geotechnical temporary works solutions across major infrastructure and construction projects throughout the UK. Hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce safe, practical and compliant temporary works designs.
• Design structural and geotechnical temporary works solutions for a variety of construction projects.
• Checking of temporary works solutions.
• Provision of technical advice to clients, sales teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with current legislation, industry standards and best practice.
• Support and mentor Graduate and Design Engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
• Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years' experience in temporary works design.
• Strong understanding of structural and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit and temporary works design software. xwzovoh
• Ability to produce clear engineering calculations and drawings.
