SAP Assessor (OCDEA)
Fully Remote
£35k – £45k
A growing sustainability consultancy is looking to appoint a SAP Assessor (OCDEA) to support its expanding residential energy and compliance team.
This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone experienced in SAP assessments who can also deliver overheating analysis and contribute to improving building performance across new-build residential projects.
The role:
• Produce SAP calculations and reports for residential developments
• Carry out overheating assessments (TM59) and provide mitigation advice
• Generate EPCs and ensure compliance with Part L regulations
• Support design teams with energy efficiency and compliance strategies
• Liaise with clients, architects, and developers to deliver project requirements
• Contribute to improving building performance and sustainability outcomes
The ideal candidate:
• Accredited OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor)
• Experience delivering SAP assessments within a consultancy environment
• Ability to carry out overheating assessments (TM59)
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations (Part L & Part O)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
