📍 Bracknell – Hybrid, 1–2 days per week in the office
💰 £65,000–£80,000 + £7,000 car allowance + up to 20% annual bonus

I’m currently working on a really strong opportunity with a global Consumer Goods business and highly recognised household brand.

The role will take ownership of a Top 4 grocery account base, working across some of the UK's largest retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons.

This isn't simply a role for someone to manage a set of accounts and keep the wheels turning.

They're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who can build strong relationships but, more importantly, knows how to turn those relationships and the data behind them into growth.

What they're looking for

* Proven Top 4 Grocery experience – Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons

* A track record of growing existing accounts, not simply maintaining them

* Strong analytical capability – able to interpret sales, category, distribution and promotional data and turn it into commercial action

* Someone who naturally spots gaps and opportunities within an account and builds a plan to exploit them

* Strong customer relationships combined with a commercially hungry mindset

* Someone who can demonstrate real, measurable growth across their account base

The package

* £70,000–£80,000 basic salary

* £7,000 car allowance

* Up to 20% annual bonus

* Hybrid working – 1–2 days per week in the Bracknell office
