We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Associate in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies
Review transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, policy wordings)
Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims
Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel
Support negotiation and resolution of claims
Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports

About you: xwzovoh

Law degree
Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance
Strong analytical and drafting skills
High attention to detail and organisation
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
