Innova Search & Selection is recruiting for an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator to join an established manufacturing business based in Appleton, Warrington.

This is a permanent night-shift opportunity offering £18.75 per hour, working Monday to Thursday, with no weekend working.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have hands-on CNC press brake experience. You don't need to have worked on the exact machine used by the business, but you must be confident operating the equipment, changing tooling and making adjustments. Familiarisation with the specific machine can be provided.

The Role

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
• Select, fit and change punches and dies to suit production requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and work to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings and programmes where required.
• Check finished components and maintain quality standards.
• Work independently, maintaining production throughout the night shift.
• Follow health and safety and production procedures.
