Early Years Supervisor

Work Pattern: Compressed hours 37.5 h/w over 4 days with 1 day of each week rotating monthly
What we are looking for:
Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years age range
NNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare Development
Ability to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the teams ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to
Duties/responsibilities:
To be responsible for providing high quality childcare and education for all nursery children.
To assist in the day to day, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery.
To be accountable and proactive in the smooth running of your designated area of responsibility
To ensure risk assessments are completed daily within your area of designated responsibility.
