Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Brent Cross, London

An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Chief Executive Officer.
This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and enabling
effective delivery of key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO's complex diary, prioritising appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, board packs, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Act as the first point of contact for communications directed to the CEO, managing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Organise domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and associated logistics.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers, and business documents.
- Track and monitor actions arising from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders remain accountable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership and board meetings through administration, minute-taking, and coordination of follow-up actions.
- Assist with company events, projects, and wider business initiatives as required.
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, professional, and highly organised individual with previous experience supporting senior executives at C-suite level.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior support role.
- Experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, CFO, or other senior executive.
- Outstanding diary and inbox management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Professional, confident, and capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Absolute discretion when handling sensitive information.
Desirable
- Experience supporting board-level executives.
- Exposure to a fast-growth, private equity-backed, professional services, property, or commercial environment.
- Project coordination and event management experience.
