Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for a new challenge outside of a traditional mainstream classroom?

Ribbons & Reeves are working with a specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) seeking a resilient, enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with secondary-aged students who have experienced barriers to mainstream education, including behavioural difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and previous exclusions.

The school provides a fresh start for young people who need a different approach to education. You'll play a key role in rebuilding students' confidence, engaging them in learning and helping them achieve meaningful academic progress.

The Role – PRU Maths Teacher

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to secondary-aged students across KS3 and KS4.
• Teach students with varying academic abilities, including those with gaps in their prior learning.
• Prepare students for GCSE Maths and Functional Skills qualifications where appropriate.
