The Role: Inspiring Early Learners We need "ready-to-go" educators who understand that EYFS is the foundation of a child's education. You will lead small group activities, maintain high-quality care, and ensure the setting meets all staff-to-child ratios. We are looking for an EYFS specialist who is: Qualified: Must hold a recognised EYFS qualification (L2/3 CACHE or NVQ). Knowledgeable: Deeply familiar with the seven areas of learning and the Development Matters framework. Observational: Skilled at capturing "wow moments" for learning journals (e.g., Tapestry or SeeSaw) to track progress. Creative: Capable of turning a cardboard box into a rocket ship and following a child's lead in child-initiated play. You will be actively involved in: The Prime Areas: Prioritising Communication & Language, PSED, and Physical Development through "In the Moment" planning.
