Early Years Practitioner

We are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Weybridge, Surrey. This role is a permanent position on a full-time basis. The nursery is dedicated to shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, including one from their most recent employer.  Early Years Practitioner Duties: Provide a high standard of care and education to all children Follow the EYFS framework and LEAP programme Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children’s development Implement an effective key person approach Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment Maintain and update personal records for each individual child Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities Early Years Practitioner Requirements: Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualification At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community A child-centred approach to your work Nursery Practitioner Benefits: PerkBox membership Medical Cashback Plan Life Insurance & Pension Scheme Funded qualifications, CPD & Leadership pathways Staff Childcare Discount A global childcare provider with teaching support resources 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase with service) and additional day for your birthday!
