NQ Property Insurance SolicitorSalary: ExcellentLocation: Bristol or BirminghamLeading National practice seeks an ambitious NQ Property Insurance solicitor (up to 2PQE) to join its award-winning teams in either Bristol or Birmingham – the successful candidate will focus on providing advice on Property Insurance recoveries and leading investigatory work on behalf of their premium, enviable client base.This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base. The role in question will be strongly focus on the recoveries aspects  which emanate from their Property Insurance team.The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on recoveries, leading investigative work, advising on coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers and related recoveries.The ideal candidate will be an NQ or have up to 2 PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for property-related insurance advice.
