Aftersales/Service Manager, Wakefield, West Yorkshire NB: Only current/recent branded dealership experience will be considered Reactive Permanent Recruitment are working with one of Yorkshires most successful and long established dealership groups. Due to expansion, our client seek an experienced Aftersales/Service Manager to work from their Wakefield site. Aftersales/Service Manager package: Excellent starting salary of £45,000 per annum Fantastic unrivalled bonus - expected minimum £10,000 per annum Company car List of excellent company benefits Fantastic working environment operating from their prestigious Wakefield site Responsibilities:  Manage the overall service department, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues Achieve service department budget and customer service targets Ensure accurate job costing and invoicing Control parts and materials to ensure profitability Improve customer satisfaction and retention Manage and develop a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Advisors Work closely with brand partners and meet brand standards Requirements Proven experience in a current/recent branded dealership  Mechanical knowledge relevant to the industry’s equipment or machinery Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor Strong ability to upsell services or products effectively while maintaining customer trust Experience with cash handling procedures in a retail or service setting Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, records, and reports Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and vendors Ability to analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement We look forward to hearing from you.
