Administration Manager

This role requires someone who understands how to submit electricity contracts, manage compliance, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. About the Role You will oversee and support our admin team, ensuring all contract submissions, onboarding documents, and compliance checks are completed correctly. You must have the confidence and experience to identify errors, correct them, and maintain high operational standards. Key Responsibilities * Submitting electricity contracts accurately and efficiently * Ensuring full compliance across all customer files * Organising and overseeing admin staff * Checking all work for accuracy and completeness * Liaising with suppliers, brokers, and customers * Maintaining structured processes and high-quality documentation * Spotting mistakes immediately and ensuring corrective action is taken What We're Looking For * Bold experience in the electricity/energy industry * Strong understanding of contract submissions and supplier processes * Excellent organisational skills * High attention to detail - nothing gets past you * Ability to manage and support admin staff * Confident, compliant, and able to maintain high standards * Someone who notices everything and ensures tasks are completed correctly Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
