About the role

Hijinx is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Wales. You will develop and deliver projects within our Creative Engagement programme and broader artistic work, collaborating with artists, participants, freelancers and partners across Wales to create theatre that is playful, ambitious and inclusive.
