THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnering with a growing international business looking for a Global Marketing Manager to help turn ambitious expansion plans into measurable results. With an established brand, an international distributor network and opportunities across new markets, you'll have scope to introduce fresh thinking and improve how marketing supports sales.
This would suit an International Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager who enjoys combining strategy with delivery, developing creative teams and putting clear measures behind marketing activity.

THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

• Develop an international marketing strategy that connects brand awareness, customer enquiries and sales conversion with the business's growth priorities.
• Translate expansion plans into practical campaigns, adapting messaging and activity for different markets and distributor audiences.
• Bring the market planning approach of an International Marketing Manager and the commercial judgement of a Senior Marketing Manager to prioritising opportunities.
• Work with sales colleagues to improve the customer journey, lead follow-up and visibility of campaign results as CRM processes develop.
