Property Partner

Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Property Partner for our client, a government organisation in Bristol.

This role is a permanent contract. No requirement to be in office on regular basis just as and when required (no more than 2 days per week, and sometimes weeks without needing to be on site)

Must be RICS Qualified.

The successful post holder will act as the strategic link between services and the Property Division, providing expert advice on all aspects of property asset management to maximise asset performance, drive rationalisation and cost reduction, and support the effective delivery of services across this organisation.

• Act as the key strategic liaison between services and the Property Division, ensuring property solutions align with corporate and service objectives.
• Provide professional property advice across a broad range of asset management matters to support efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
• Work with the Asset Strategy Manager and service leads to develop and implement Service Asset Management Plans.
• Translate strategic service objectives into practical and sustainable property solutions.
• Review, evaluate and implement property initiatives to maximise asset utilisation and improve operational efficiency.
