Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor Location: Newry, County Down Working Hours: MondayFriday, 9.00am5.15pm Salary: £35,000 £40,000 DOE + Bonus McShanes Solicitors are currently recruiting an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor to join our growing practice in Newry.

This role would suit a solicitor with 12 years PQE who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role You will manage and assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing and private client matters while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities Managing conveyancing and probate files from instruction to completion Advising clients on wills, probate, EPAs and controllership matters Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors Assisting partners with ongoing casework Ensuring compliance with Law Society regulations Supporting business development and marketing initiatives Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and training The Ideal Candidate Will Have 12 years PQE in conveyancing and/or probate Strong client care and communication skills A professional and approachable xwzovoh manner Excellent organisational and time-management skills Commercial awareness and attention to detail Enthusiasm for private client and property work What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Target-related bonus scheme Auto-enrolment pension scheme 34 days annual leave including statutory days Car parking permit Friendly and supportive team environment
