£35,000 uncapped OTE (£70k realistic) Car Allowance Home Based with frequent travel We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to help grow the adoption of our innovative digital healthcare solutions.

You will play a key role in showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations, qualifying high-quality leads, and supporting the sales process through to close.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role combining consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account development.
Youll work closely with internal teams and Regional Managers to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to customers across the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients Qualify and manage advanced sales leads, ensuring strong alignment with solutions Support Regional Managers in progressing deals from demo through to close Actively sell the full suite of products and services, including AI-enabled tools Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within your territory Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g.
HubSpot) Ensure timely and effective follow-up to accelerate the sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Commercial Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare technology developments Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions Skills and competencies required Proven sales experience, including product demonstrations, lead qualification, and closing deals Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Interest in healthcare technology, AI, and innovation Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking Full UK driving licence Benefits: 21 days holiday increasing to 22 days after 3 years and to 25 days after 5 years Extra day off for your birthday Buy holiday scheme Employee Assistance Programme Free onsite parking Enhanced company sick pay Discounted retail vouchers Reduced gym membership Annual salary review SCG mobile benefit Employee referral bonus SCG is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
