Survival Equipment Supervisor

MPI have a requirement for an Aircrew Survival Assemblies Operative be based at RAF Valley £42,554.64 per annum Supervisory skills an advantage but not fully necessary as dependant on level of Rank in the Armed Forces of Civilian equivalent could be considered Qualifications and Experience Essential Experience: •Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role. •A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section. •Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA maintenance section. •Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment. Essential Qualifications: • Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent) • Recognised Q-SE-AC or GAEA qualification • Recognised Human Factors training
