Technical Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality assurance processes. As the Technical Manager you will support and motivate your team to uphold rigorous standards that support the company's mission to deliver exceptional products to our customers. As the Technical Manager you will be required too : * Support the Quality Department and maintain QC systems * Support Magmasoft simulation (implementation and coordination of Magmasoft activities) * Optimise process controls to enhance Quality, reduce lead times, tooling and manufacturing costs * Drive improvements in process control tools (scrap investigations and problem solving) * Reduce costs of manufacturing and reducing the need to re work * Ensure all testing processes meet customer requirements * Lead on root cause investigations and implement any corrective actions * Maintain customer tooling and log changes * Support projects to increase margin * Engage with external toolmakers and be the key contact for ordering tooling and tooling repairs Requirements: * Experienced in a Technical Lead role * Able to maintain processes and own the technical programme * Maintain testing protocols for new and existing products * Able to drive change and Improvement * Able to liaise with customers and through all levels of the business * Able to plan workloads for the Team * Experienced in Heavy Manufacturing environments If you would be interested in the position Technical Manager please apply now and we will be in touch shortly
