Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, young people, and their families to promote wellbeing and growth.
• Deliver a variety of activities and experiences to support recreation, education, and personal development.
• Assist children and young people in achieving their personal goals and targets.
• Provide personal care support, always ensuring dignity and respect.
• Adhere to theHealth and Social Care Standardsand align practice withSSSC Codes of Practice.
