Strategic People Partner | HR Leader in Law

GetRecruited UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function in London. This part-time role (3 days a week) offers a salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 FTE (Pro Rata) and includes the opportunity to work from home one day a week after probation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a professional services environment, excellent knowledge of UK employment law, and a passion for coaching and employee development. The role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s employees' strategies and enhancing engagement.
