With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking one of our best hits,Flappy Dunk,to a new level.RoleAs a Game Lead, you will be the owner of your game and team. Your mission will be to define the right direction, build the team, and drive execution with speed, focus and ambition.During the first 6 months, your main focus will be on improving the core gameplay: making the game more satisfying, juicy, exciting and fun to play, before scaling the rest of the product.You will:Build and lead your own small team, starting with around 4 peopleSet clear goals and make sure the team reaches themLead, inspire and motivate the people working on the gameFocus first on improving core gameplay, game feel, pacing and player satisfactionIdentify what makes the game fun today and what could make it much stronger tomorrowMonitor and improve key game metrics such as retention, playtime, engagement and monetizationBe involved and hands-on across all aspects of game development: game design, level design, UI/UX, tech, art and product decisionsContinuously improve the internal process of game creation and iterationManage your team’s performance and growth, keeping a high talent bar and helping strong people developProfile4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.)Mobile F2P market experiences (in Design ideally), track record with a successful mobile gameA passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player experience and iterationA proactive, ownership-driven mindsetStrong leadership potential or previous team leadership experienceA data-driven approach to decision-makingThe ability to move fast, test ideas, learn from results and iterate quicklyStrong English communication skills and the ability to align different crafts around a clear directionBenefitsBest in Class compensationOther benefits according to the country you reside.LocationIstanbul; Barcelona; Berlin; Helsinki; Lisboa; London; Stockholm; WarsawEmployment TypeFull timeDepartmentGaming
