Professional Negligence Solicitor – 8+ PQELocation: LondonPQE: 8+Salary: Dependent on experienceThe Role - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join a dynamic and ambitious team in London, with excellent scope for career development and growth.The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of insurance litigation, professional indemnity and professional negligence matters, acting for insurer clients across a range of specialist sectors. This will include claims involving solicitors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and other professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise within a supportive, high-performing environment, while working on complex and commercially significant professional liability disputes.The Candidate - The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' PQE and a strong background in defending professional liability and negligence claims, ideally acting for insurers and professionals within the legal, financial services and insurance sectors. You will ideally have gained experience within a leading regional or national law firm and be confident handling complex litigation and managing client relationships. We are looking for someone who is:Experienced in professional negligence and/or professional indemnity litigationComfortable acting for insurer clients and professional defendantsCommercially minded, with strong analytical and technical skillsAble to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervisionA confident communicator with excellent client-handling skillsProactive, collaborative and keen to contribute to the continued growth and success of the teamContact Pasquale Agatiello at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
