With a key focus on generating new business, winning instructions and providing accurate market appraisals, the successful candidate will use their local property knowledge to advise vendors and maximise listing opportunities.

Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to prospecting will be essential, alongside the ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
