We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Marketing Lead to join a growing business and take the lead on developing and delivering marketing activity across a varied portfolio of products and brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, working across campaigns, partnerships, events, communications and brand development.
Description of the role:
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, supports commercial objectives and drives customer engagement.
Developing and delivering product launches, marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Managing trade marketing activity and supporting external communications
Building and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders
Planning and coordinating exhibitions, events and other industry activity
Identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns and projects to life
Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standardAbout you:
Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of developing and growing brands
Excellent communication, presentation and briefing skills
A good understanding of commercial marketing and customer engagement
Strong creative thinking combined with a practical, results-focused approach
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
A proactive, hands-on attitude and the drive to turn ideas into effective marketing activity The ability to develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy.
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
