M&E Supervisor

Your new company An established contractor operating across the water and wastewater sector is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee maintenance contracts and project installations throughout Northern Ireland. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Industrial Electrician or Industrial Fitter looking to step into a supervisory position, leading site teams, coordinating works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working across both planned maintenance and capital projects, you'll play a key role in keeping essential infrastructure operational while supporting the successful delivery of ongoing contracts. Your new role Supervise site installation teams across maintenance and project works. Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring programmes and deadlines are achieved. Plan works and compile material requirements. Liaise with procurement and project teams to ensure materials are available when required. Monitor quality, safety and productivity on site. Ensure completed works are recorded accurately and communicated back to the office. Report site issues, risks and progress to project management. Support commissioning activities through to final client sign-off. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
